- Timelines and checklists. A timeline is for anything with dates — a launch, a renovation, a training plan. A checklist is for anything without them — what to pack, what to buy, what to check before you go. Both are made the same way and shared the same way.
- Is it free?
- Yes, entirely. There's no paid tier, no trial, and no card. AI generation is capped globally each day to keep the bill small, and the rest of the editor works whether or not that cap has been hit.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You can build, publish, and share without signing in. Signing in with GitHub or Google only adds a dashboard of what you've published and bookmarked.
- Who can see what I publish?
- Anyone with the link. Published timelines and checklists live at a public URL — the link is the access control — so don't put anything confidential in one. Drafts stay in your browser until you press Publish.
- What happens when I paste the link somewhere?
- Slack, Teams, Discord, iMessage, X, and LinkedIn all unfurl it into a preview image of the actual timeline or checklist rather than a generic link card. That image is generated once when you publish.
- How does the AI generation work?
- Describe what you're planning in a sentence. Ask for a timeline — "train for a 10k in 12 weeks" — and it drafts milestones with dates; ask for a checklist — "two weeks in Japan in winter" — and it drafts grouped items. Either way the result is an ordinary draft: edit, delete, or rearrange anything before publishing.
- Can I edit something after publishing it?
- Publishing is immutable, so editing a published timeline or checklist creates a new one at a new URL. That means a link you've already shared never changes under the people you sent it to. Delete the old one from your dashboard if you don't want it around.
